The subject of this Agreement is the transfer of genetic material of three (3) Belarusian potato lines (the genus Solanum), SvSvl (tissue culture), SvSv2 (tissue culture) and IGC10/1.21 (tubers) for scientific research.

Access was granted for scientific research. Use of genetic resources for commercial purposes is possible only upon the conclusion of a new benefit-sharing agreement.
The User of Genetic Resources shall get prior approval from the National Competent Authority: - to submit an application for intellectual property rights to the invention based on accessed genetic resources’ use; - for commercial use of accessed genetic resources.
A document confirming the compliance with the Nagoya Protocol issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection as a letter of January 8, 2018 N10-2-34/84.
